How To

Prep your nails

  • Wash hands and remove any oils or residue.
  • Push back cuticles and lightly buff the nail surface for better adhesion.

Choose the right size

  • Select the wrap that fits each nail.
  • If needed, gently trim the sides for a perfect match.

Apply the wrap

  • Peel from the sheet and place it on the center of the nail, near (but not on) the cuticle.
  • Smooth the wrap from the middle outward to avoid air bubbles.

Remove excess

  • Fold the extra length over the nail tip.
  • File downward with a gentle, single-direction motion until the excess comes off cleanly.

Seal the edges

  • Press firmly around the edges and tips to secure the wrap.

Optional top coat

  • A regular nail top coat can be applied for extra protection and longer wear (no UV lamp needed).

Removal

  • Peel gently from the side or soften with regular nail polish remover.

Size

All our Gel Nail Strips are 24mm long. The width goes from 8 mm for the smallest size to 18mm for the largest.

★ You can stretch the stickers a little with your fingers before applying them on your nails to make sure they fit!

Tips

✦  Avoid contact with water during the first hour after curing your nail wraps.

✦  You can stamp over gel strips!

✦  After removal, allow the nails to repair themselves before applying any nail products.

✦  You can apply gel top coat as a finishing touch for extra shine!

I’ve had a lot of sets from Mo-You now and can’t recommend enough. These are one of my favourite sets yet. The strip was long enough to use one as an accent nail. Removed after 2 weeks but only to try a different set, they were still going strong.

Great colour, stay on well

Beautiful colour. They usually last about 3 weeks if I use a nail dehydrator before application and a coat of shiny clear gel afterwards. The photo with this review is taken at 2 weeks after application. The gel wraps really help my nails stay strong and smooth as they have become prone to splitting as I get older.

I recently reviewed these strips but I wanted to add a little information about the job I do and how impressed I am at the longevity of these strips. I work on a children’s petting zoo /farm and everyday not am I exposed to all the elements , I am also knee deep in straw, hay, wet and clean bedding , manure, urine, saliva, water, feed mud etc. Not only all these, it means I have to wash my hands 4849947489 times a day in hot soapy water. I’ve experienced no chipping or splitting or nail breakage so common with polish and although you can see growth I’ve not had any lifting or flipping and I’ve got long hair so I’m usually quick to notice these issues with acrylic or gel polish.
These are my first set too so I’m doubly impressed and for reference I’m on day 19!
