One thing to know: if customs charges are refused and an order is sent back to us, we'll refund it ā but the outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the total.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).
CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead ā you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

We offer a 28-day replacement or refund policy (excluding P&P) on items that are unused and in their original packaging ā just get in touch with our customer service team. And if anything arrived not in perfect condition or with a fault, let us know and we'll sort it out.

Good number of different sizes. Great flexibility. Due to disabilities it has been getting harder and harder to have great looking nails without the salon. The great thing about these is if I only have the ability to paint one nail that day its fine. I can pop it somewhere safe and do some more another day. If one of my adult children ir partner fancy being a bit creative one day they can paint me as many as the like for future use. Also these work great with the wraps and I have found if a break is needed putting the wraps back in their original packaging and into a dark place has them fine to continue the next day.
SO QUICK AND EASY TO APPLY AND LONG LASTING. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS CHOOSING WHICH COLOUR!!!
