HOW TO APPLY

1. Push back cuticles with the stick.
2. Make sure to clean your nails before application.
3. Select the correct tip size.
4. Press down firmly from the center outward to smooth out any bubbles.
5. Apply adhesive stickers, glue, or both for extra hold.
6. Trim & the excess of the sticker and file downward.
7. Avoid water for 1–2 hours for best results.

All our Gel Nail Strips are 25mm long. The width goes from 6.5 mm for the smallest size to 14.5 mm for the largest.

★ You can stretch the stickers a little with your fingers before applying them on your nails to make sure they fit!

✦  If you think a nail strip won't fit your nail, you can stretch it gently with your fingers before applying it.

✦  Avoid contact with water during the first hour after curing your nail wraps.

✦  You can stamp over our extra small nail strips!

One thing to know: if customs charges are refused and an order is sent back to us, we'll refund it — but the outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead — you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

RETURNS

At MoYou London we take great pride in our product quality — if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@moyou.co.uk and we'll take it from there.

We offer a 28-day replacement or refund policy (excluding P&P) on items that are unused and in their original packaging — just get in touch with our customer service team. And if anything arrived not in perfect condition or with a fault, let us know and we'll sort it out.
