One thing to know: if customs charges are refused and an order is sent back to us, we'll refund it — but the outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead — you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

RETURNS

At MoYou London we take great pride in our product quality — if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@moyou.co.uk and we'll take it from there.

We offer a 28-day replacement or refund policy (excluding P&P) on items that are unused and in their original packaging — just get in touch with our customer service team. And if anything arrived not in perfect condition or with a fault, let us know and we'll sort it out.

💄 Storage

• Cool, dry place: Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources to prevent separation or spoilage.
• Keep closed: Always tighten the cap securely to prevent contamination and evaporation.

🧼 Hygiene

• Avoid sharing: Lip products can transfer bacteria and viruses, so use it personally.
• Clean lips first: Apply to clean, makeup-free lips to avoid transferring other products or debris into the tube.
• Wipe applicator if needed: If you applied over lipstick or food residue, gently wipe the applicator with a clean tissue before putting it back in.

🗓️ Shelf Life

• Use within 12 months: Toss it earlier if it smells off, changes texture or separates unnaturally.
• Watch for signs of spoilage: Changes in colour, smell, or consistency are signs it’s time to replace.

💋 Application Tips

• Layer mindfully: Lip oil can go over bare lips or other products, but too much layering may contaminate the wand or dilute its benefits.
• Reapply as needed: Lip oil tends to absorb quickly, so reapply throughout the day to maintain hydration and shine.
