One thing to know: if customs charges are refused and an order is sent back to us, we'll refund it — but the outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead — you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

RETURNS

At MoYou London we take great pride in our product quality — if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@moyou.co.uk and we'll take it from there.

We offer a 28-day replacement or refund policy (excluding P&P) on items that are unused and in their original packaging — just get in touch with our customer service team. And if anything arrived not in perfect condition or with a fault, let us know and we'll sort it out.

• Keep cool & dry: Store your liquid blush in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat, which can alter the formula.
• Seal tightly: Always close the lid or cap tightly after use to prevent drying out or contamination.

🧼 Hygiene

• Do not share: Sharing can spread bacteria, especially if it comes with a doe-foot applicator or dropper that touches the skin.
• Clean applicator (if reusable): If you use a brush, sponge, or fingers to apply, make sure they’re clean before dipping into or touching the product.
• Avoid double-dipping: For hygiene, avoid touching the skin directly with the product’s built-in applicator if you can help it.

🗓️ Shelf Life

• Use within 12 months after opening
• Discard if: It smells off, separates and doesn’t mix back, changes colour, or causes skin irritation.

🎨 Application Tips

• Apply to clean skin: Goes best on fresh foundation or bare skin.
• Shake if needed: Some liquid blushes separate naturally—give it a gentle shake before use.
• Build gradually: Start with a small amount and build up to avoid over-application.

🧽 Cleaning

• Wipe excess: If product builds up around the opening, gently wipe it off with a clean tissue to avoid crusting or mess.
