Orders in which customers have “refused customs” or denied “custom charges” and the order is sent back to us will be refunded with both outgoing and returning shipping charges deducted from refund total.

• Keep cool and dry: Heat can degrade active ingredients and affect texture or potency.
• Avoid sunlight: Store away from direct sunlight, especially if it contains plant extracts or essential oils that may oxidize.
• Seal tightly: Always close the cap fully to preserve the formula and prevent contamination or drying out.

• Do not share: Sharing plumping balms increases risk of bacterial transfer and cold sores.
• Clean hands first: For pot-style balms, wash your hands before dipping in.
• Wipe if tinted: If it picks up lipstick or makeup, gently wipe off the top layer.

• Patch test first: Plumping ingredients can cause tingling or mild irritation—test on a small area first.
• Avoid broken skin: Don’t use on chapped, cracked, or peeling lips, as it may sting or worsen irritation.

• Use within 6–12 months of opening.

• Use sparingly: A little goes a long way. Overuse can cause unnecessary irritation.
