How to Apply

1. Push back cuticles with the stick.
2. (Optional) Lightly buff nails for better adhesion.
3. Clean nails with the included alcohol pad.
4. Select the correct tip size.
5. Apply adhesive stickers, glue, or both for extra hold.
6. Align the tip at a 45° angle and press firmly.
7. Hold for 60–90 seconds.
8. File or clip to your desired shape.

How to Remove

1. Soak nails in warm water for 15 minutes.
2. Gently lift nails with the cuticle stick.
3. Remove glue or adhesive residue with alcohol.

• Ensure nails are completely dry, clean, and oil-free before application.

• For longer-lasting wear (up to 2 weeks) and to avoid bubbles, apply both nail glue and adhesive stickers together—this is especially helpful for transparent designs.

• Press each nail tip firmly for at least 90 seconds to secure a strong bond.

• Avoid using your nails for at least 5 minutes after application.

• For the best results, apply press-on nails before bed or avoid water exposure for one hour after application.

• Seal the edges of the nails with a thin layer of gel coat after clipping or filing.

• After removal, nourish nails with cuticle oil and wait a few days before reapplying new press-ons to let your nails breathe.

One thing to know: if customs charges are refused and an order is sent back to us, we'll refund it — but the outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead — you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

RETURNS

At MoYou London we take great pride in our product quality — if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@moyou.co.uk and we'll take it from there.

We offer a 28-day replacement or refund policy (excluding P&P) on items that are unused and in their original packaging — just get in touch with our customer service team. And if anything arrived not in perfect condition or with a fault, let us know and we'll sort it out.
