Orders in which customers have “refused customs” or denied “custom charges” and the order is sent back to us will be refunded with both outgoing and returning shipping charges deducted from refund total.

If the items have not already been sent, then we will cancel the order and refund your order amount using via your original payment method, and we will confirming our action via e-mail.

However, if the items have already been sent out, then we will e-mail you confirmation of the dispatch date and you will need to wait until receipt of the goods and contact us upon their arrival before we can process either returns and/or refund to your account.

📦 Storage

• Keep in a cool, dry place: Avoid humidity and heat, which can cause shadows to harden, crack, or grow bacteria.
• Avoid direct sunlight: Sunlight can fade the pigment and alter the formula.
• Close securely: Always close the lid tightly to protect the shades from dust, moisture, and air exposure.

🧼 Hygiene

• Use clean brushes: Always apply with clean tools to avoid introducing oils and bacteria.
• No finger-dipping (if possible): Use brushes or sanitized fingertips, especially for cream or shimmer shadows.
• Don't share: Sharing eye makeup increases the risk of eye infections.

🧽 Cleaning & Sanitizing

• Wipe off excess: Use a dry tissue or soft cloth to clean powder fallout from the palette surface.
• Sanitize periodically:
• Lightly mist the top of the pans with 70% isopropyl alcohol (not too wet).
• Let it air-dry completely before closing.
• Clean mirror and casing: Use a soft cloth and gentle cleanser or alcohol on the outer parts of the palette, not the shadows.

🗓️ Shelf Life

• Powder shadows: Typically, last 12–24 months after opening.
• Toss if: You notice changes in texture, smell, pigmentation, or it causes eye irritation.

🎨 Application Tips

• Tap off excess: Tap your brush before applying to minimize fallout.
• Blend clean: Use clean brushes when switching shades to avoid muddy colours in the pans.
