HOW TO USE EASYPEEL GEL NAIL WRAP REMOVER

EasyPeel is an acetone-free formula designed to loosen gel wrap adhesive so strips lift off cleanly, without harsh chemicals or excessive scraping.

What you'll need: EasyPeel remover, a cuticle stick

Steps:

1. Using a cuticle stick, gently lift the edge of the gel nail wrap near the cuticle to create a small gap.
2. Apply 1–2 drops of EasyPeel into the gap.
3. Wait 10-15 seconds for the remover to penetrate and loosen the adhesive.
4. Slide the cuticle stick slowly between the nail and the strip, working it gently side to side rather than pushing straight up. Reapply remover as needed while gradually enlarging the gap.
5. Remove the wrap slowly. Do not force it — if there's resistance, add another drop and slide the stick further in before pulling.

Tips:

• Don't rush step 3 — adhesive needs time to break down, especially on strips worn longer.
• Keep the stick angled flat against the nail bed as you slide it in, not digging upward, to avoid catching skin or the nail surface.
• If a strip isn't budging, add more drops and slide further rather than pulling harder.

Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed.

Flag the caution block for compliance sign-off before it goes live — it's lifted from packaging and label copy sometimes carries regulatory requirements that web copy doesn't automatically satisfy.

One thing to know: if customs charges are refused and an order is sent back to us, we'll refund it — but the outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead — you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

RETURNS

We offer a 28-day replacement or refund policy (excluding P&P) on items that are unused and in their original packaging — just get in touch with our customer service team. And if anything arrived not in perfect condition or with a fault, let us know and we'll sort it out.
