One thing to know: if customs charges are refused and an order is sent back to us, we'll refund it — but the outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead — you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

RETURNS

At MoYou London we take great pride in our product quality — if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@moyou.co.uk and we'll take it from there.

We offer a 28-day replacement or refund policy (excluding P&P) on items that are unused and in their original packaging — just get in touch with our customer service team. And if anything arrived not in perfect condition or with a fault, let us know and we'll sort it out.

🧴 Daily Care

• Wipe off product: After each use, gently swipe both ends on a clean tissue or microfiber cloth to remove excess product and prevent colour transfer.
• Avoid mixing textures: Especially if one end is used for cream and the other for powder—keep them clean to avoid product buildup or muddy application.

🧽 Deep Cleaning (1x per week or as needed)

• Use a gentle cleanser:
• Mild baby shampoo
• Brush cleanser
• Gentle facial cleanser
• How to clean:

1.              Wet only the bristles with lukewarm water.

2.              Swirl one end at a time in cleanser.

3.              Rinse until water runs clear.

4.              Gently squeeze out excess water with a towel.

🌬️ Drying

• Lay flat: Always dry your duo brush flat with both ends hanging off a counter or towel edge.
• Avoid upright drying: Water can seep into the ferrule and loosen glue, damaging the brush.
• Reshape bristles: While damp, gently reshape the bristles to preserve their form.

🛡️ Storage Tips

• Flat or horizontal storage: Best to protect both ends from crushing.
• Use a brush roll or dual-end case: Keeps both sides clean and in shape.
• Avoid open containers: Exposure to dust and moisture can dirty your brush.

⚠️ Avoid

• Submerging the full brush or handle
• Using very hot water
• Harsh soaps or alcohol-based cleaners (can damage bristles)

🗓️ Replacement Guide

• Every 1–2 years, or sooner if:
• Bristles start shedding or fraying
• The brush loses its shape or softness
