How to Apply

1. Prepare nails: File, lightly buff, and cleanse with alcohol/dehydrator.
2. Apply Adhesive: Brush a layer of nail glue directly onto your natural nail plate.
3. Press & seal: Align the soft gel tip at the cuticle line, then press down gently from back to front to avoid air bubbles. Wait 30 seconds.
4. File & Refine: Once the tip is secure, shape or file the tip if needed. It’s already pre-shaped, but you can customise for a perfect fit.
5. Polish or Paint: Apply polish, gel polish or top coat as desired. Cure under LED/UV light (if using gel polish) for a flawless, long-lasting finish.

How to Remove

1. Soak: Fill a bowl with warm, soapy water or acetone. Soak your nails for 10–15 minutes to soften the glue.
2. Lift Gently: Once the tips begin to loosen, gently lift from the edges using a cuticle pusher or orange stick.
3. Buff & Hydrate: Lightly buff away any remaining glue residue with a nail file or buffer. Finish by applying cuticle oil and moisturiser to nourish the nails and skin.

Before Application:

• Choose the right size: A well-fitted tip should cover sidewall to sidewall without overlapping skin. File sides gently for a custom fit.
• Prep properly: Buff the nail surface lightly and clean with alcohol to remove oils—this helps glue adhere better and extends wear time.
• Avoid over-gluing: Use a thin, even layer of glue—too much can cause air bubbles or lifting.

After Application:

• Don’t rush drying: Let glue dry for at least 1–2 minutes before using your hands.
• Avoid water exposure for the first hour after application to ensure proper bonding.
  

For Longer Wear:

• Reapply glue at the first sign of lifting to avoid water getting under the tip.

During Removal:

• Be patient: Rushing removal can damage your natural nails—soak thoroughly.
• Don’t pry: If a tip doesn’t lift easily, soak for a few more minutes instead of forcing it.

One thing to know: if customs charges are refused and an order is sent back to us, we'll refund it — but the outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead — you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

RETURNS

At MoYou London we take great pride in our product quality — if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@moyou.co.uk and we'll take it from there.

We offer a 28-day replacement or refund policy (excluding P&P) on items that are unused and in their original packaging — just get in touch with our customer service team. And if anything arrived not in perfect condition or with a fault, let us know and we'll sort it out.
