One thing to know: if customs charges are refused and an order is sent back to us, we'll refund it — but the outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead — you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

RETURNS

At MoYou London we take great pride in our product quality — if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@moyou.co.uk and we'll take it from there.

We offer a 28-day replacement or refund policy (excluding P&P) on items that are unused and in their original packaging — just get in touch with our customer service team. And if anything arrived not in perfect condition or with a fault, let us know and we'll sort it out.

🧴 Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place: Heat can cause the formula to melt or become too soft, especially if its cream based.
• Keep the cap tightly closed: Prevents drying out, contamination, or product hardening.
• Avoid direct sunlight: Sunlight can break down pigments and natural oils.

🧼 Hygiene

• Do not share: Since this touches lips, eyes, and face, it’s especially important to keep it personal to avoid spreading bacteria.
• Clean before and after use (optional):
• Wipe the top with a tissue after use, especially if you apply it directly to skin.
• For added sanitation, gently swipe the top with a cotton pad soaked in 70% isopropyl alcohol every few uses.
• Use clean fingers or tools: If you're blending with your fingers, wash hands first. Brushes or sponges should be clean too.

• Use within 6–12 months after opening.
• Toss if:
• The scent changes (waxy, sour, or "off")
• It gets too dry, too soft, or changes colour
• It causes any irritation on lips, eyes, or skin

• Apply directly or with tools:
• Cheeks: Dab on and blend with fingers or a brush.
• Lips: Apply directly or with a lip brush.
• Eyes: Use a small, clean brush or finger—avoid applying the stick directly to the eyelids to reduce contamination risk.
• Layer strategically: Build intensity in thin layers, especially around eyes to avoid creasing or heavy buildup.
• Set with powder (optional): For cheeks and eyelids, setting with translucent powder can help it stay longer.
