1. Start with clean, dry nails. Lightly buff and dehydrate the nail plate to prevent lifting.

This boosts adhesion and helps the powder last longer without lifting or chipping.

Apply a thin layer of base coat—too much can cause uneven surfaces and thick nails.

Dip nails at a 45° angle for better coverage and a smoother finish.

After each dip, gently brush off excess powder with a soft brush to avoid lumps in later layers.

For long-lasting wear, apply at least two layers of dip—especially on natural nails.

When applying base and top coats, run the brush along the nail tips to seal them and prevent early chipping.

Wait 1–2 minutes after applying the activator before filing or buffing—it needs time to fully harden the powder.

Only file and shape after the activator is dry to avoid dents or dragging product.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead — you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

RETURNS
