One thing to know: if customs charges are refused and an order is sent back to us, we'll refund it — but the outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead — you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

RETURNS

At MoYou London we take great pride in our product quality — if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@moyou.co.uk and we'll take it from there.

We offer a 28-day replacement or refund policy (excluding P&P) on items that are unused and in their original packaging — just get in touch with our customer service team. And if anything arrived not in perfect condition or with a fault, let us know and we'll sort it out.

Nail Tips: Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA, acrylic) + Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS).

Nail Glue: Ethyl Cyanoacrylate, Polymethyl Methacrylate, BHT, Hydroquinone. Adhesive Stickers: Acrylate Adhesive, Polyethylene Film. Clean Pad: Isopropyl Alcohol, Purified Water.

🧼 After Each Use

• Rinse immediately: After removing makeup, rinse the pad with warm water and a mild soap or gentle facial cleanser to remove residue.
• Gently rub: Use your fingers to massage out makeup from both sides, especially if one is designed for exfoliation.
• Air dry: Lay flat or hang to dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid wringing too harshly to maintain shape.

🧺 Deep Cleaning (Recommended Weekly)

• Machine wash:
• Use a gentle cycle, cold or warm water
• Place in a mesh laundry bag to protect the fabric
• Use mild, fragrance-free detergent
• Avoid:
• Fabric softeners (they coat fibres and reduce effectiveness)
• Bleach (can damage fibres and irritate skin)
• Air dry or tumble dry low: High heat can degrade the microfiber material.

♻️ Usage Tips

• Use both sides: One side is usually softer for makeup removal, the other more textured for gentle exfoliation.
• Label use (if desired): Rotate between pads—mark them "Day 1" and "Day 2" or “Face” and “Eyes” to ensure even wear and cleaner application.
• Wash before first use: Removes any manufacturing residue.
