One thing to know: if customs charges are refused and an order is sent back to us, we'll refund it — but the outgoing and returning shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally we might unfortunately run out of something. If that happens with an item in your order, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like a replacement or a refund for it. If we haven't heard back from you within 7 days, we'll go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the missing item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel an order? Email us at info@moyou.co.uk as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your original payment method, with confirmation by email. If it's already on its way, we'll email you the dispatch date instead — you'll need to wait for the parcel to arrive and get in touch once it does, so we can sort a return or refund from there.

RETURNS

At MoYou London we take great pride in our product quality — if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@moyou.co.uk and we'll take it from there.

We offer a 28-day replacement or refund policy (excluding P&P) on items that are unused and in their original packaging — just get in touch with our customer service team. And if anything arrived not in perfect condition or with a fault, let us know and we'll sort it out.

🧴 Storage

• Cool, dry place: Crucial to keep the cream side from melting or spoiling.
• Avoid heat & sun: Heat can cause the cream to sweat or the powder to harden.
• Keep tightly closed: Seal the lid properly to prevent drying out the cream and contamination of both textures.

🧼 Hygiene

• Use separate tools:
• Cream side: Apply with clean fingers, a synthetic brush, or a sponge.
• Powder side: Use a dry, fluffy brush.
• Never cross-contaminate: Don’t use the same tool for both formulas unless it’s thoroughly cleaned in between. Mixing cream and powder can create a gritty, unusable surface.
• Clean tools regularly: Especially after using the cream, as it's more prone to bacterial buildup.

🗓️ Shelf Life

• Cream side: 6–12 months after opening.
• Powder side: 12–24 months.
• Signs to discard:
• Cream: sticky, smells off, changes colour or consistency.
• Powder: hard pan, poor pigment, funky odor.

💡 Application Tips

• Apply cream first, then powder: For a long-lasting, layered look. Let the cream set for a few seconds before topping with powder.
• Use light pressure: Cream formulas are easily displaced dab, don’t drag.
• Build gradually: Both formulas can be layered for custom intensity.

🧽 Cleaning

• Wipe cream surface: Occasionally use a clean spatula or tissue to remove the top layer if it becomes grimy.
• Dust powder area: Gently clean up excess powder to keep the compact neat.
