What happens after I sign up?
Once you've signed up, you'll be able to personalize your subscription by selecting your preferred colours, delivery date, and payment schedule. You can also make changes to your next delivery, and you'll receive a reminder email 5 days before your delivery is scheduled.
Accessing your MoYou London account
Click the user symbol at the top right of the MoYou London website and register your account with the same email address you used at checkout. Then log in and access your subscription management by clicking on the Manage Subscription link. You can also use a customer portal magic link, sent in the Subscription Confirmation and Upcoming Order emails.
Change your MoYou London Gel Strips designs
Log in to your MoYou London account, click 'Manage subscription' (on the right), and select 'Update contents'. Unselect any unwanted Gel Strips to be able to select the ones you want. Then press 'save'.
Last date before you can make a change in your order
You can change your designs until the day before your charge date. If you make changes after that, it will only take effect for the next order.
Change your subscription renewal date
Log in to your MoYou London account, click 'Manage subscription', and select 'Next Order' to adjust your delivery date.
Receive new colors sooner
Log in to your MoYou London account, click 'Manage subscription', and select 'Next Order'. Change the date to today and receive your designs in the next 5 working days.
Change your subscription type
Cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one with your desired amount of designs (either 2 or 3).
Skipping an order
Go to 'Manage subscription' then scroll to the very end and click on 'skip this order'.
Cancelling your subscription won't cost anything
Cancelling your subscription is free. Remember to cancel before 11:59 PM the day before your next charge date to avoid being charged for your upcoming order. Go to 'Manage subscription' then scroll to the very end and click on 'cancel subscription'.
Update your billing information or email address
Log in to your MoYou London account, click the 'Payment Methods' tab, select the payment method you want to change, click edit, and then click 'Send Update Method'. Go to your email and click 'Confirm Payment Method', make the necessary changes and click 'Update Card'. Refresh the 'Payment Method' tab in your portal, select your new payment method, click Move Subscription Here, and confirm the move.
Change your shipping address
Log in to your MoYou London account, click on 'Manage subscription', then click on the 'Shipping Address' tab, update your shipping address and click 'Save Changes'.
Some of my selected Gel Nail Strips ran out of stock before being sent to me
You will receive an email when this happens, and you will have to make a new selection before the date, otherwise you will get a random one!
